    What You'll Do

    We are currently seeking a Photo Studio Coordinator who will work in a in a fast paced, dynamic, creative environment under managerial direction from Business Director, DAM Manager, Project Managers, Art Directors and Designers, Photography Staff, and internal Marketing & Product clients, and be responsible for providing assistance on the photo studio scheduling and product sourcing. This role will have a main focus of providing support and streamlining the photography and image asset creation processes.

    The position, once photography scheduling and shooting is aligned, will work independently in the execution, scheduling and post production timelines of image approval and retouching workflows; including using outside vender resources as needed for the image color correction and retouching.

     

    Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    Studio Production Assistance

    • Responsible for the management and mark-up of image changes and annotations and communication of post-production of product images (and player and lifestyle images as assigned) with vendors of all the photography delivered from in-house photo studios. Including silhouetting of all images, (clean white backgrounds), adjustments (neutralization levels), basic retouching and including compositing and exact color correcting as needed.
    • Maintains photo tracking with external and internal imaging venders, following through from marked-up images release to approvals and finally uploading in workflow folder structure.
    • Maintains final images filing and is organized to deliver and communicate with the necessary contacts that the prepared assets are ready for follow-up steps in the creative process.
    • Assist with various Photoshop or Brand Portal projects as assigned; organize, resize, process images, searches, batching, etc.

     

    Studio Admin/Traffic & Logistics

    • Helps plan, order or collect, and track incoming samples to be shot for in-house photography studios.
    • Helps track Image & Photo Requests to keep schedules and status of photography process up to date
    • Assists with communications regarding logistics of vender pick-up and return of product samples for retouching and color match as well as internal client pick-ups or handles product returns directly to Marketing and Product internal clients.

    What We're Looking For

    • Above average working knowledge of Adobe CC applications with a focus on Photoshop, Adobe Bridge
    • Good working creating and reading Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
    • Team player with can-do attitude, positive, helpful demeanor and patience.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
    • Knack for creativity and independent thinking and problem solving.
    • Flexible at learning new tasks, willing and open to challenges and changes.
    • Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills.
    • Requires strong knowledge of photographic and image manipulation workflows and processes.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure, be flexible with work hours, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
    • Responsible for maintaining the job log for project tracking as well as individual tracking sheets in a timely manner in the Creative Groups Project Management syste
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Graphic design or related degree.
    • Previous experience of 2-3 years working experience in a photo studio type environment or design firm or corporate in-house graphics department with a specific focus on photography and image production processes.
    • Requires a solid working knowledge of Macintosh computers and Adobe CC graphics related software, with a focus on Photoshop and Bridge.
    • Previous work experience with Asia sourcing of retouching and image manipulation, including annotations and file preparation and production skills are preferred to ensure proper manufacturing of product graphics to be achieved.
