    What You'll Do

    Amer Sports is the worldwide leader in sports equipment with internationally known brands such as Salomon, Wilson, Precor, Atomic, Suunto, Mavic, Arc’teryx and ENVE. All brands of the Amer Sports Group develop and manufacture technologically advanced products that improve the performance in sports. The group's activities are divided into a large sports brand portfolio and are present in all major markets.

     

    We are currently seeking a Sales Force Administrator who, as part of the implementation of the Global ICS (Information and Communication Solutions) and Amer Sports strategy,  Your main activities for the CRM domain (Amer Sports consumer and dealer database for all Amer Sports brands & tools).will be :

    • To work in a global and distributed team of developers, architects and administrators
    • To participate on the analysis, architecture and quotation of projects/RFCs in a Business Analyst role
    • Take into consideration Sales Force best practices and recommendations
    • To configure and test the delivery on projects/RFCs on our global Sales Force instances
    • To write and share documentation on the developed solutions
    • To support all global Sales Force instances (resolution of tickets / business requests)

    You will also be responsible for :

    • Challenging the business and provided technical guidance
    • The quality and performance of the delivered solution
    • Help and support users of the Sales force Instances with their daily tasks
    • Delivering solution and support in the defined Service Level Agreements

    What We're Looking For

    This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or software engineering or a related field.  We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of strong experience in the Sales Force universe.  Required experience with Sales Force Sales CLoud and Service Cloud is a must!  The ideal candidate will have experience in an international context

     

    Other qualifications include:

    • Is an excellent team player and comfortable with a matrix organization
    • Has good communication skills
    • Is independent and has the organizational and anticipation skills
    • Is knowledgeable on business processes
    • Has an expertise around Sales Force administration, configuration and setup
    • Has a very good ability to analyze functional/business requirements
    • Salesforce Administrator certification required
