    What You'll Do

    We are currently seeking a Commercial intern who will work with the Commercial managers to complete projects enhancing Commercial Baseball/Softball. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.



    • Input missing Ball Adoptions into the Ball Adoption Database (100+ adoptions)
    • Track down missing Ball Contracts and get all missing signature
    • Gear Competitive Analysis
    • Catcher’s Gear sizing Analysis
    • Audit all Gear on Amazon.com to they are using all proper set up info
    • Work with Alex and Brooke to help they create A+ pages for all Evoshield items on Amazon.com
    • Sales Program Competitive Analysis
    • Create Wilson Team Shop Strategy
    • Sales Report training and building
    • Retail Math Training
    • Help set up WTS stores
    • Analysis Retail POS Data
    • Analysis E-com Sales Data
    • Help improve buying group specials
    • Build pricing list
    • Calculate GM%
    • Google Analytic Training

    What We're Looking For

    • Sophomore status or above working towards a degree in Marketing or related field
    • Superior written and verbal communications skills.
    • Proven business planning and analytical skills; ability to track product performance across a sales and commercial matrix to evaluate winning products and key opportunities for growth.
    • Extreme attention to detail and ability to conduct consumer insight studies in a fair and unbiased way.
    • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is a must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Must have a “can-do” attitude – the desire to go above and beyond in all you do.
    • Familiarity with Baseball and Softball, either as a player or in a professional capacity is strongly preferred.
    • Applicants must be based in and/or able to commute to Chicago, IL.
