VAS (Value Added Service) Crew Lead

Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce an opening for our Nashville Warehouse in our VAS (Value Added Service) Department. We are seeking a talented 2nd Shift VAS Crew Lead  (Hours- 3:00pm - 11:30pm) that has experience in the warehouse distribution environment to join the 2nd Shift Team. This position will disseminate the daily VAS processing schedule to the crew they are assigned.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the crew lead position include:

• Verify Orders
• Arrange teams and disseminate daily workload
• Perform Receiving and Stocking processes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous leadership experience a plus
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
