NASHVILLE - Inbound Operations Lead - 2nd Shift (Reporting to Inbound Operations Supervisor)  - Receive over 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year!  Receive a $50 Perfect Attendance bonus monthly, if you have perfect attendance.

 

Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce an opening for our Nashville Warehouse in our Inbound Operations Department. We are seeking a talented 2nd Shift Inbound Operations Lead  (Hours- 3:00pm - 11:30pm) that has experience in the warehouse distribution environment to join the 2nd Shift Team. This position will plan the daily inbound processing schedule and assist the Inbound Operations Supervisor with daily tasks.

What You'll Do

Essential duties and responsibilities of the crew lead position include:

  • Assist Inbound Supervisor with daily tasks
  • Plan daily inbound processing schedule
  • Arrange receiving teams and disseminate daily workload
  • Direct operation tasks to team members
  • Perform Receiving and Stocking processes
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully,

  • Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
  • Full-time Wilson Associate
  • Must be able to operate equipment (Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, etc.)
  • Previous leadership experience a plus
  • Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
  • Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Desire to grow with our company
  • An attention to detail where accuracy is key
