Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000

We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Manager who will be accountable for the creation and execution of Wilson’s national account and Golf Specialty green grass marketing efforts as it relates to consumer facing retail marketing support, generating interest in products, and increasing our return on sales. The Trade Marketing Manager collaborates with the business unit marketing teams, sales teams, and creative team to ensure consistent branding efforts across the organization and supplies marketing toolkits and POP to drive promotional opportunities and increase retail sales. There is also a strong emphasis on shaping best practice on advisory staff support, demo events, training and customer incentives to be activated globally. This position is creative in nature, working cross-functionally to maximize our market share in a highly competitive landscape.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
