We are currently seeking Student Associates to work part-time in various areas at our apparel facility, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to ongoing process enhancements in departments like Quality, Production Planning, Consumer Experience, and/or Graphics.

We are looking for students who are available to work Friday - Sunday between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM. You will have a set weekly schedule that accommodates your class commitments.

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze and improve data management processes for custom orders.
• Assist in streamlining the printing, sorting, and distribution of job cards for production.
• Support the preparation and optimization of digital folders for the production process.
• Participate in process refinement for compiling replacement order information.
• Run automated software to create art
• Update internal proprietary software to reflect completed tasks
• Update SAP systems to reflect updated dates and create/group items for delivery

We are seeking current students enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college or technical school who are eager to contribute to real-world process improvements while gaining valuable industry experience.

Other qualifications include:

• Experience with Microsoft office applications and ability to learn new software
• Experience with use of SAP and SAP related systems (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to understand product specifications and product visuals
• Adaptable to a quickly changing environment
• Ability to learn multiple new tasks
• Ability to openly collaborate and develop relationships with internal and external team members
