What You'll Do

Wilson Sporting Goods has expanded our business through thoughtful, elegant, technical sportswear and community-centered pop up stores. As the Sea Island Pop Up Store Manager, you will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to introduce the brand to your community, elevate and develop your team, and activate an exceptional athlete experience. You will lead the seasonal Sea Island pop up from April 2025 – September 2025.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attract, develop, and engage a team of committed Athlete Advisors and Floor Leaders engaging with and educating the racket community on world leading sportswear and equipment technology.
  • You will build community by connecting through deep relationships within a newly established market, with a specific focus on the tennis community.
  • Collaborate with your peers and support your team to drive unique product experiences within your community.
  • Lead and execute effective and impactful visual merchandising of sportswear, footwear, and hard goods product.
  • Lead the full pop up operations experience with a deep commitment to the athlete and team member experience.
  • Use Key Performance Indicator analytics as tools to drive your business forward with educated and informed decision making.
  • Create strategy for business growth and team development.
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets through strategic scheduling and coaching of your team.

What We're Looking For

This role requires two to three years of retail leadership, customer service, or hospitality experience, including fashion or sportswear retail, and a demonstrated ability to build long lasting, meaningful relationship within the tennis community. A passion for tennis is always a plus!

What We’ll Provide

 

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
