We are currently seeking a Benefit and Wellness Specialist to provide support under a shared services model and as part of a team, will help ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role will be responsible for assisting in the administration and operations of all benefit and wellness programs across the region, with a focus on leave administration. The Specialist will partner with the Manager and lead internal processes, provide support to team members, liaison with our third-party vendors and spearhead special projects related to benefits and wellness.
This role supports Amer Sports team members across the U.S. consisting of multiple brands and various locations (warehouse, factories and administrative offices). The Specialist must be able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities in our busy department. Specifics duties will include:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field and 5+ years of benefit, HR specialist or HR customer support experience in a Human Resources department. We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates the ability to follow existing processes while also questioning current practices in the pursuit of greater efficiency when practical. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is $70,000-85,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range reflects the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
