What You'll Do

The Production Coordinator, Sportswear (Apparel & Footwear) plays a vital role in supporting the connection between marketing, product development, merchandising, and consumer-facing teams. This position ensures our products are presented authentically and consistently, helping to elevate brand presence across e-commerce and campaign channels. You will manage sample logistics and coordinate closely with cross-functional partners to maintain smooth and timely production workflows.

 

To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

  • Oversee the check-in, tracking, and organization of all Marketing samples, ensuring they are prepared and available for e-commerce and campaign productions.
  • Coordinate the gathering, packing, and shipping of footwear, apparel, and equipment needed for shoots, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in deliveries.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for asset management, collaborating closely with merchandising, digital, and creative teams to ensure all visual assets and imagery are delivered on schedule, supporting seamless and timely product launches across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and continuously improve an organized marketing product sample library at the Los Angeles office, ensuring quick and easy access for fast-turn requests
  • Serve as a proactive communication hub between internal teams (marketing, creative, merchandising) and external vendors to streamline production workflows and solve potential bottlenecks before they arise.
  • Assist in coordinating production schedules and logistics to support on-set activities.
  • Support small to mid-tier campaign production projects by assisting in project execution, tracking deadlines, and reporting progress to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in fashion and sportswear to ensure the brand’s product presentation remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with consumer expectations.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with 1–2 years of experience in a related role.

 

Other qualifications include:

  • Significant interest, passion or experience in fashion, culture and tennis
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential production challenges.
  • Sophisticated Consumer Mindset; In-depth knowledge of current and emerging consumer trends
  • Master collaborator with a proven ability to connect, align and enroll key stakeholders
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with confidence to take initiative & ownership
  • Hyper efficient and organized with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Available to travel approximately 25% of the time, including work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required by events and business needs

 

What We'll Provide

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
