What You'll Do

We are hiring two hands-on Operations Supervisors to lead our Visual Specialist and Team Shop Specialist teams. These on-site roles ensure the accurate and timely execution of custom team shop orders across multiple locations, including Sparta, Nicaragua (WAN), and contracted facilities. You’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, resolving escalated issues, and mentoring team members to uphold brand standards and customer satisfaction.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Lead and manage daily operations across Visual and Team Shop Specialist teams
  • Oversee the creation of production-ready visual assets and documentation (labels, placards, job cards)
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of custom orders across multiple production sites
  • Maintain data integrity across platforms including OTS (Filemaker), SAP, and Team Shop systems
  • Resolve escalated issues related to production, order entry, and system workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Order Entry, Customer Service, and Production teams to optimize processes
  • Implement and uphold quality control standards for visual and production outputs
  • Train, mentor, and support team members, including contractors and fixed-term staff
  • Drive adoption of new tools and systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Communicate operational updates and changes to internal teams and external partners

What We're Looking For

This role requires:            

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Business, Graphic Design Technology, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, visual preparation, or order processing environment.
  • Experience with Filemaker, SAP, and Adobe Illustrator preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.

What We'll Provide

 

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
