What You'll Do

Accurate data is the foundation of efficiency in the Wilson supply chain and is critical to achieving our financial and strategic goals. The Master Data Specialist (MDS) plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and usability of our data across systems and platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sparta, TN. 

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

 

  • Lead automation initiatives that bridge gaps between systems and platforms, driving operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases to support evolving business needs, including large-scale migrations and updates to category information.
  • Create and maintain master data records and automated reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with external developers and internal teams across locations to ensure seamless data integration and communication.
  • Support SAP maintenance and optimization, including managing production identifiers, documentation, and data integrity improvements.
  • Assist with business systems support, including software development, troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement projects.
  • Identify and remediate production bottlenecks, maintain essential data backups, and upgrade systems to align with industry standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, supply chain, analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar program.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; experience with Filemaker or similar database tools.
    Advanced to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
    Familiarity with SQL, JSON, Node JS, JQuery, VBA.

What We’ll Provide

 

The pay range for this role is $41,600 - $52,000 at the time of this posting.
