Technical Representative, Golf (UK & I)

An exciting opportunity has been made available as a Technical Representative; we are seeking a proactive individual where you will be in a high-performance role driving world class experience to our consumers across UK&I.

Reporting directly to the Market Manager for UK&I and working closely with the Marketing Executive.

You will build partnerships with key specialty retailers by developing joint plans to serve the consumer that benefit both the retailer and Wilson Golf, fulfilling the following tasks and responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, organizing, implementing and attending demo day events across the UK&I.
• Leading our fitting team and overseeing product ordering and budget management.
• Highly self-motivated
• Developing a seasonal action plan to develop Wilson Golf consumer experience through demo and fitting events.
• Articulate and effective in presenting the category and brand to customers and consumers.
• Manage and develop grassroot & amateur players, ensuring maximum efficiencies around their support.
• Support Marketing with developing and scouting our Ambassador / Influencer programme within UK&I.
• Coordinating with the other internal customer contacts and teams, ensuring all points of contact with customers achieve a high standard of customer care.
• Training retail staff
• To always act as an ambassador for the Wilson brand.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual with strong experience in golf sales, club fitting, and event organization.

Other qualifications/preferred experience include:

• Preferably PGA Qualified or equivalent highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of golf industry and good level golf player
• Good understanding of IT systems and MS Office
• Excellent social skills
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driving license
