The Global Business Analyst (GBA) provides the key insights and analysis of the racquet sports market and drives recommendations on the opportunities across sports, segments and channels.
The Global Business Analyst leads the definition of the data requirements for the understanding of the brand position across the key markets and drives the analytics behind the data provided. He/She determines the biggest opportunities/priorities for the company based on the size of the prize and then works for the Global and Regional Commercial Leaders on defining the action plans to capture the opportunities identified.
The GBA is a core partner of the business teams in order to better understand the Wilson SWOT at a category level and/or at a market level. Based on the analysis done, the GBA will provide insights on the best opportunities to focus on.
At a market level, the GBA will support the analysis done on the sales fundamentals: price positioning vs competition on base business and promotions, depth of distribution across price points, market share analysis, etc.
This role is crucial in helping our organization adapt to changes, make informed decisions, and enhance overall performance.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Information systems, Management or Analytics connected to a business environment, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role driving analytics, process improvements and actions.

What We'll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $75,000 - $100,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
