What You'll Do

We’re seeking a motivated and analytical Associate Manager, SEO to support our growing eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC business with organic search visibility, traffic, and revenue. This role will be key in developing and executing SEO strategies for wilson.com, slugger.com, demarini.com, evoshield.com and atecsports.com that connect content, product, and technical optimization and deliver measurable business impact.

 

This is an ideal role for someone with 2+ years of SEO experience who’s ready to take on greater ownership of organic growth within a fast-paced, data-driven eCommerce environment.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze SEO performance data and share actionable insights to improve organic traffic and revenue outcomes
  • Audit site health and coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and internal linking
  • Execute on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic visibility and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research with a focus on eCommerce intent (product, category, and informational queries)
  • Collaborate with content, merchandising, and product teams to optimize product descriptions, category pages, and editorial content for SEO and conversion performance
  • Monitor site performance, rankings, and traffic trends using tools such as Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics and Botify
  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates, eCommerce SEO best practices, LLM/GEO/AEO and competitive landscape shifts
  • Develop and continuously update product data guidelines (e.g. titles and descriptions)
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting to share with broader stakeholders on organic search channel performance
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

 

What We're Looking For

We are seeking qualified candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.

 

Other qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles – on-page, technical and off-page
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytical tools such as Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Botify and others
  • Platform migration and SEO implications
  • Experience working with eCommerce CMS platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how SEO integrates with web development
  • Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and feed optimization
  • Must be a strategic thinker that can execute and drive business results
  • Ability to navigate differing viewpoints and opinions
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision making
  • Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Communicate and work effectively with the technical staff and other peers including the BU-specific and corporate marketing staff
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines

 

 

What We’ll Provide

 

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $75,000 - $85,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
