We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business for Baseball/Softball, Team Sports, and Golf. This person will primarily be responsible for activating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns – primarily Meta – for wilson.com, demarini.com, slugger.com, evoshield.com and atecsports.com. This role supports Paid Search and Affiliate channels from a planning and reporting perspective, liaising with agency partners on budgets, promotional/seasonal windows, product features, and copy.
You’ll work closely with brand marketing, creative and analytic teams and agency partners to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, proper budget pacing, and actionable performance insights.

We are seeking qualified candidates with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms; agency experience a plus.

What We’ll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
