We’re looking for a creative, highly organized and process-oriented Photography Studio Coordinator to join our in-house creative team in Chicago. This role reports to the Manager of Studio Operations and partners closely with cross-functional teams including the DAM team, project managers, designers, retouching, marketing and product team members, and external photo vendors.
The Photo Studio Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end studio operations, on-location and studio photoshoot production, and asset delivery. This position ensures photography and image content is produced efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with brand and marketing needs. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in photography and image production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
This role may evolve over time to include expanded photoshoot production and logistics support as studio and marketing needs grow.

This role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field plus 2–4 years of experience in studio coordination, creative production, photography operations, or related fields. Experience in fast‑paced creative or consumer product environments preferred.

What We’ll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
