Based in the greater Denver, Colorado, area, the Territory Manager – Baseball/Softball manages the relationships, sales efforts and operations for a defined territory (Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming) to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market share growth objectives. This role will be responsible to not only call on the existing account base in that region but to also build relationships and service grass root programs and academic programs (middle school, high school and college). Qualified candidates must have an elevated level of product knowledge and be passionate about sports, specifically baseball and softball.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in packaged goods or related industry. Experience selling in the team sports industry preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an equivalent combination of work experience, training, and education will be considered.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
