What You'll Do

The Associate Manager, Junior Tour - Americas and China will support the Global Racquet Sports Strategy on Junior and Tour across the Americas and China, ensuring Wilson is recognized as the number one tennis brand on Tour. The role supports the end-to-end management of the Junior Tour across both regions, including athlete roster strategy, day-to-day athlete operations, and on-Tour execution.

This position plays a key role in supporting elite athlete development and managing the transition from junior to professional levels, positioning Wilson as the leading end-to-end technical, performance, and global brand partner across hard-goods and soft-goods through best-in-class equipment, servicing, and athlete brand development support.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute athlete strategy and day-to-day management for Junior Tour players, ensuring best-in-class service and long-term performance development.
  • Support scouting, negotiations, signings, renewals, and athlete relationships across hard-goods and soft-goods.
  • Contribute to building a future-facing athlete pipeline, with strong emphasis on early talent identification (U10–U16).
  • Work in close partnership with the Regional Pro Tour Manager to build and maintain the strongest roster and tennis ecosystem across the regions.
  • Manage racquet testing, Pro Lab collaboration, and performance feedback loops with Product teams.
  • Maintain regular strategic alignment with the Regional Pro Tour lead to ensure financial discipline, development continuity, and a strong junior-to-pro athlete pipeline.
  • Act as project lead for athlete experiences at key Junior Tour events, including product orders, logistics, look and feel, and overall project success.
  • Own Tour platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Deliver regular updates and insights on pipeline development, athlete performance, and competitive landscape.

Why This Role Matters

This is a high-impact role at the core of Wilson’s future on Tour. You will directly influence which athletes represent the brand at the highest level in the years to come, shaping not only performance outcomes, but also Wilson’s global positioning in tennis.

You will help build the next generation of champions and play a key role in ensuring Wilson continues to lead the sport as the #1 brand on Tour.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong passion for tennis with excellent tennis knowledge and scouting ability.
  • Deep understanding of the junior and professional tennis ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to identify talent and evaluate long-term potential.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with athletes, coaches, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with or for tennis brands (sports marketing, events, or athlete relations) is a strong plus.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • SAP knowledge is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English required; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
